i learnt in psychology, that just by smiling, you can feel substantially happier than you actually do feel, or feel like feeling.
apparently, when you smile, your muscles send information up to your brain, your brain interprets the action as smiling and assumes that you must be happy to be compelled to do the smiling action, and so, you will actually feel happier than you were.
so smile, even when you don't feel smiling. try it, but don't be too skeptical if not you won't be able to feel the actual effect...
woman. that sounds so cheem.haha. anyway, i think laughing will be more effective for me, eventhough i dun laugh as much ady now.i tried what u say today, i think there is a bit positive effect, at least i felt better la.hehe. thanks :D
